I just received this watch for Chanukah, and it is stunning. The mother-of-pearl watch face is beautful. The watch has a nice heft to it, feels substantial on the wrist without feeling heavy or clunky. It looks like a far more expensive watch than it is.

Invicta is no Oceanus but it is a lovely watch for its price point. Amazon’s FREE 4 ADDITIONAL warranty years definitely makes THEM the place to buy Invicta. Had I known what Invicta charges for that exstention I would have bought my other Invicta right here at Amazon.

The only disappointment is the UNIDIRECTIONAL ROTATING BEZEL which does absolutely nothing!

On a diver’s watch it is supposed to let the diver know when to resurface. A countdown if you will. This one just sits pretty.

But heh at this price I guess that’s what ya get.

Gold finish is perfect.

Band size: SO GLAD INVICTA doesn’t think every woman is a size 6! This one is 8 inches. The Wildflower series is a half an inch **more**. In a world where watches standardize on 6.5-7, Invicta is a relief. No waiting on extra links to arrive.

The slimmer the Invicta watch dial, the higher the price. Since they are not Movado thin, I do wish they were priced a bit more reasonably.

If you can’t stand a bit of weight on the wrist their Divers aren’t for you. I alternate!

What that bit of bulkiness buys is a STEM big enough for you to actually get a grip on. I like that a lot.

The storage CASE is magnifique. Wish I could wear it, it is so pretty.

Watch ships with white band, not black1
The watch that was sold as a YLS430C with “black band” actually arrives with a white band, which was certainly not what I was expecting. The item number on the packaging seems to match what was shown here, so the description and product images may simply be incorrect.

I bought this watch in white from the Swatch store at South Coast Plaza for $100, it is available in black for the same price.
This is a great watch, I wore it all over South America. You can wear it while snorkeling or taking a shower, not sure how it does if you were diving at depths.

Uses for watch batteries5
I need three of the batteries to replace a more expensive battery pack from a name brand vendor. I descovered 3 of the batteries were used to make the pack. This saves me a lot of money as the packs have to be changes 4 times per year. Very good deal on name brand batteries. Thanks

Low power, so far no refund.1
These batteries–supposedly fresh in their sealed package–provided inadequately low power to the laser pointer for which they were used. I later bought the same type and brand of battery from a local office supply, and the laser pointer worked fine. I then sought a refund through Amazon. The seller was prompt in sending a RMA for return. However, more than a week after I mailed the batteries back with an explanation, still no refund.

I purchased this 10 pack of button batteries for the cost of 2 or 3 batteries at my local store. Energeizer is a great brand and the SR44 is one of THE most common button batteries – it works in any number of electronic gadgets. Quick arrival! It sure beats looking all over the place to find the right battery in the B&M store and then having to pay for the batteries one at a time.

Pretty nice quality for the price!4
I’m a pretty eccentric teenager, and I like wearing 10,000 watches at once, so when I came across this I was thrilled. Batman + Low Price = AWESOME.

So it came, and there were two drawbacks:

Size – Man, that thing is massive! Granted, I’m female and have rather skinny wrists, but the band is larger than some of my guy friends’ watches! I still have yet to get it resized, because the pins are VERY tight – no home resizing on this thing!

Spin – I thought that the dial around the face spun, which I LOVE to play with, but it doesn’t! It’s not vital, just a minor disappointment.

Otherwise, this thing is great! It’s sturdy, and can stand against the daily wears of highschool.

I gave this watch to my 24 yr old son whose CB handle is Batman because a real bat flew in his semi one night while driving. It scratched his face all up and his co-workers gave him the nickname. I always celebrate the day it happened because he could have wrecked and injured or killed himself in that big rig. He had to go through rabies shots for a few weeks as well. Anyway, I purchased the watch thinking it wouldn’t be of very good quality, but I figured he could wear it while mowing grass, etc. I was quite surprised how nice of quality it was when it arrived. I never told my son how inexpensive it was, he loved it and thought I’d spent way more on it than I did. I would highly recommend it to others!!!

Bought this watch from Amazon.com for about 230$ almost a year back.Its been running fine without any problems, and is of good robust make.

One of the things that i have noticed, is that after wearing it for a few months, the white sticthing on the black strap is coming off near the metal clasp.Not sure if its because of my wear & tear- but its not big deal.

The good thing is the illumination is really good, and the numbers are very clear to read out.The date window is also at a good position.The scratch proof sapphire crystal is a must on any watch that you wear on a daily basis, especially if your work involves moving things, or getting close to walls etc.

Overall i like this watch very much, and use it the most often.

Looks nice, but real fragile3
This really is as bright gold as it looks in the picture. It will really stand out on your wrist, and it made nice reflections in the sun for me. However It broke pretty readily. I accidentally hit it lightly on some rounded bricks on the side of a pool and that was enough to make a nice clean crack all the way through about half way across the face. Unfortunately it was not waterproof after that so it is now kaput. It was a little hard for me to read with so few markings and the markings really do blend into the gold.

Like the title says, it’s a very nice looking watch but the digital read out is so small I couldn’t even see it with my reading glasses on and my eyes aren’t all that bad. I may have lived with that flaw, a major flaw I might add, but the analog time wasn’t much better…the hands sort of blended in with the face of the watch making if very difficult to see as well. I decided to send it back and received a full refund….thanks Amazon. I’ve already replaced it with the Casio F-28W (also from Amazon) which is digital only….this one’a a keeper.
